Head Chef
Paid position
Do you love plant based cooking, are creative and organised, and can manage and delegate? Become a pillar of Bognagos community and cook together with your kitchen team for our community as well as guests, using seasonal produce and wild foraged plants, nuts, and mushrooms. The working hours are 25 hours a week, 5 hours 5 days a week in exchange for room and board and a magical experience. For the month of August, as it is our busiest month of the entire year, 8 hours a day are required; to compensate you will receive a monthly stipend.
Sous Chef

Become the back bone of the kitchen team, supporting our chefs in whatever capacity they need! The working hours are 25 hours a week, 5 hours 5 days a week in exchange for room and board and a magical experience.
Groundskeeping Team
Volunteer position
Are you fit, strong, want to be outside all day and eager to work hard? We need volunteers to help us all year round to take care of the land. This refers to all outdoor manual work and can include splitting/chopping firewood, using a chainsaw, cutting down trees, cutting grass, making hay, getting rid of unwanted overgrowth, rebuilding paths, fixing outdoor fences and tending to the garden. The working hours are 25 hours a week, 5 hours 5 days a week in exchange for room and board and a magical experience.
DIY Team
Volunteer position
Are you a creative, handy, solution oriented person who is comfortable using general power tools and creating on a tight budget? The restoration of Bognago is completely based on DIY - we are looking for volunteers who have skills in wood work, carpentry, painting, plastering, sewing, and general up cycling, repairs and construction. The working hours are 25 hours a week, 5 hours 5 days a week in exchange for room and board and a magical experience.
Social Media Master
Volunteer position
Capture and share everyday life and the story of Bognago through your lens! Are you a photographer, videographer, content creator and social media manager? Help us by managing our online presence and helping the project and our network grow. The working hours are 25 hours a week, 5 hours 5 days a week in exchange for room and board and a magical experience.
Housekeeping
Volunteer position
Are you great at cleaning, keeping things organised, transforming rooms into cosy, welcoming spaces? In the summer we always need support to take care of our guesthouse and prepare rooms and common spaces. The working hours are 25 hours a week, 5 hours 5 days a week in exchange for room and board and a magical experience.
